If you used credits but did not receive your download, we’d be happy to assist you in getting your music. Please visit “My Music” to retry your download.
If you did not attempt to use credits, we recommend double-checking “My Music” to ensure there was no music accidentally downloaded. Then fill out a customer service ticket including the codes that you redeemed, how many credits each code was worth, how many credits you see in your account and whether or not you have downloaded any songs. A customer service representative will then contact you to address the issue.
