If you redeemed your code, the credits remain in your account. Please log back into your account, and you should see your credits available in the welcome message, located at the top right of the screen on computers and top middle on mobile phones and tablets. You no longer need to redeem your code as you have already been rewarded your credit.
If you are logged into your account and you do not see any available credits, please check “My Music” to verify you haven’t used the credits to redeem music. Credits will automatically be deducted from your account as you choose music to download.
